Blogspot: Making Wine Blogs with Some Great Advice and Tips
Blogs have become part of the modern lexicon and it seems like you can’t turn around without tripping over a new one. There are blogs about everything you can think of, so it should come as no surprise to hear that there is a plethora of blogs about wine and wine making.Blogspot.com is one of the leading blog sites out there and so there are quite a few wine making blogs on Blogspot. If you want to find a few of them to help you in your foray into wine making, do a quick search on your favorite search engine for “blogspot making wine” (or something like that) and you’ll find them all. Or, of course, you can continue reading and we’ll direct you to a few of them.
First you have makinghomemadewineandbeer.blogspot.com.This blog has been around for over 3 years and they’ve really taken it to the next level. The site is so jam-packed with information and recipes that it hardly even looks like a blog anymore. The owner, Ben Evert, has been into making beer and wine for about 8 years and really identifies with the newbie winemaker in all of us.
Then there’s make-wine.blogspot.com. This blog is a little more sparse and looks like a regular blog, though it is still packed full of good information and recipes. The owner, Carlos, is bilingual (at the very least) and often posts in both English and Spanish.
Next you have fermentedfruits.blogspot.com. This blog isn’t very active, with there often being over 6 months between posts, but nevertheless there is good information and tips to be found there that have not been seen on other wine making blogs on Blogspot. Take the time to check itout if you are touring the other wine making blogs on Blogspot.
Then you have homemadewine4u.blogspot.com. One great thing about this blog is that the owner has taken the time to make instructional Youtube videos on making homemade wine and has embedded them in his blog. While instructions and recipes are great, there’s nothing like being able to watch the wine making process on video to help you replicate the process in your home.
There are many other wine making blogs on Blogspot, such as winecellarsecrets.blogspot.com and winemakingblog.blogspot.com, but these are just a few to get you started. It always behooves you to check out as many of these sites as you can, so that you get a lot of different perspectives and ideas on the wine making process that you can integrate into your own method. Best of all, if you have any questions you can write the blog owner (there’s usually a link right on the blog that you can click to do so) and ask! These folks aren’t celebrities (though some blog owners have used their blogs to become celebrities), they are just regular people like you and me that have an avid interest in wine and the wine making process!
